Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in Family North Star. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

This is in addition to the 14-day right of withdrawal granted to consumers in the EU under the Consumer Rights Directive.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record.

Refunds are typically returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period — there are no early-cancellation fees.

Your Family North Star Blueprint and journey responses remain available to you in read-only form, even after your subscription ends.

Renewals

Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year at the published renewal price until cancelled. You'll receive an invoice from Paddle for each renewal.

Gifts

Gift purchases are non-refundable once the recipient has redeemed the gift. If the gift has not yet been redeemed, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
